 River pollution (edited )

The picture is a demonstration of Environmental pollution around Amilengbe. Environmental pollution is the contamination of the physical and biological components of the earth to such an extent that normal environmental processes are adversely affected.  The river of Amilengbe locality in Ilorin is polluted with remains from used industrial products. This widespread problem of water pollution is jeopardizing the health of the residents of the area. Unsafe water kills more people each year than war and if care is not taken, this might lead to increase in health defects or death rate among the people of Amilengbe.
